Restorative Stretch with Manhattan Fitness Premier

Join us for a 45 minute stretch class focusing on pre and post workout recovery. This class will aid in strength, balance, flexibility, posture, injury prevention, and stress. Presented by fitness trainer from Fitness Premier.
