1000 Books Before Kindergarten presents a very special Halloween Storytime event and activities.
If you have not registered for 1000 Books Before Kindergarten, register before or on the day of the event!
Come dressed in your costumes!

This program is designed for children and their accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and actively engage with your child throughout the session. Drop-offs are not permitted.
Please be aware that Manhattan-Elwood Public Library may take photos and/or video at this event. MEPLD may use the photographs/videos in publications or other media material produced, including but not limited to: brochures, newsletters, website content, social media, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal information without an approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian. If a person does not want to have their image recorded for marketing purposes, please make your wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers.
